The Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH) and the Rhode Island Recovery Month Coalition recently announced that the 2013 “hub” for National Recovery Month’s rally will be in Providence, RI, at the annual Rally 4 Recovery at Roger Williams National Memorial.
