Public Media Policies
We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. If you choose to provide FHR with personal information by completing a "Contact Us" inquiry via email, we may use that information to respond to your message. Submitting personal information (name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) is voluntary and is not required to access information on our website.
When you browse the FHR website, non-PII information related to your visit (i.e., technical information) on the FHR website may be automatically collected and temporarily stored. This information does not identify who you are. The information includes only:
- The referral page that brought you to FHR's website (when applicable)
- The date and time of your visit
- The pages you visited
This information is stored and only made available to the web master and designated staff members who require this information to perform their duties. It is retained only for the length of time necessary for proper analysis.

FHR maintains accounts on social media sites. Activity on these third-party websites is governed by the security and privacy policies of those particular sites. Refund Policy
Donations to Fellowship Health Resources are generally considered non-refundable gifts. However, if by chance you should donate in error, please inform us by completing the form below within seven (7) business days of the transaction. You will need to provide us with the full details of your transaction and produce a copy of your digital receipt. We will consider each claim on a case-to-case basis.
