He shares his powerful story about serving a year-long tour in Iraq, and later experiencing a dark period of drinking, running into trouble with the law, and resigning as a police officer to get his life back on track. After seeking help, he now supports individuals in recovery at FHR's Therapeutic Respite Program in New Bedford, Massachusetts. "A lot of people didn't give up on me," Musco said. "I need to do it; I need to give back."
