There is no limit to expressive arts at Fellowship Health Resources in Maine. Ralph Street resident Tim M. has taken his creativity outside by initiating a gardening project as part of Studio 35, FHR’s diverse healing arts recovery program. “It’s a feeling of satisfaction,” Tim explains. “I’m looking forward to having fresh salad, especially with the tomatoes.”
During the last week of Mental Health Awareness Month, the traveling “Arts in Recovery Exhibit” was staged in the Outpatient Registration area at Phoenixville Hospital. Located in the main area of the hospital, the area presented artists with a wonderful opportunity to display their artwork.
It was no ordinary Sunday for members of Fellowship Health Resources, Inc. (FHR). On this particular day, their imaginations soared as they shared the valuable experience of watching live theatre at the Thomas Jefferson Community Theatre.
Digging space, preparing soil, and planting seeds is only the beginning of a brand new program at FHR. As part of Studio 35, FHR’s diverse healing arts recovery program, the warm weather has allowed for the official start to a beautification project at Westwick House.
Fellowship Health Resources recently hired Brandon Robinson, LPC, LCAS, CCS, as the new Director of Substance Abuse and Correction Services. “We’re very excited to have Brandon join our team,” says Regional Director Diana Wydo. “Brandon brings with him a wealth of experience."
