This pertains to the study of intermodal transportation impacts within Hampton Roads - light rail, high speed rail and other forms of mass transit, and roads, bridges and tunnels.

Ray Taylor (1935 - 2013)

When Ray Taylor passed away in 2013, Hampton Roads lost an intellectual giant, and we lost a good friend.
